Welcome to PMT YOGA. Paul is a British Wheel of Yoga teacher. Teaching Yoga classes in Rugby, Coventry and the surrounding area. He teaches Hatha yoga and a Vinyasa flow style of yoga to men and women, which are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.

Paul believes that yoga can help with your everyday problems caused from the 21st century style of living, sitting in front of a computer, television or in a car. He also specialises in Yoga for Men, as he feels that men need yoga for many reasons particularly to relieve the stress of everyday living and to help them with any sports that they may practice. He also teaches Yoga for Backs and 1 to 1′s, as well as general classes.

Comments from some of my students
Yoga for Men
This is a really valuable 90 minutes on a Sunday morning for me and  I would recommend it to any man whose life is spent being busy with a family, with their job, with their other commitments or just their thoughts.  Yoga may not appeal to some, for example if they have looked in on or taken part in a general class before.  But Paul develops each class with men in mind and the content feels really natural to me. I leave the class calm and relaxed, it’s an important part of balancing my week. And it has the added advantage that no one wears pink lycra.

Yoga for Backs
Just to line to Thank you for the first 6 week yoga block for bad backs,(Clifton Road Chiropractic,Rugby) and having completed session 2 of 6 of the 2nd block I am really feeling the benefits.

1 to 1 Student
Paul teachers me Yoga on a one to one basis in my home, once a week at a time that fits with my lifestyle. His Yoga program is tailored to my needs and is kept fresh with new moves every week. I can really feel the difference in body and mind. Never could I have predicted the positive effects regular Yoga has made. Feeling stronger, more flexible and standing much taller. My confidence has also increased as a consequence. Can not recommend highly enough.

General classes
Attended a lovely yoga class with Paul tonight. It was busy but Paul still managed to spend time with a young lady with cerebral palsy to make sure she enjoyed it, quietly, without any fuss. At the end she told Paul that she really enjoyed it and he made the class accessible. It was great for the rest of us too.  Excellent work :)

Paul, just to say yoga was particularly fab tonight. I loved how slow and mindful it was. I had the best nights sleep, and my lower back pain has gone. And the end relaxation was just fantastic – I love the bells! Thank you
