Welcome to PMT YOGA. Paul is a British Wheel of Yoga teacher. Teaching Yoga classes in Rugby and the surrounding area. He teaches Hatha yoga and a Vinyasa flow style of yoga to men and women, which are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.
Paul believes that yoga can help with your everyday problems caused from the 21st century style of living, sitting in front of a computer, television or in a car. He also specialises in yoga for men as he feels that men need yoga for many reasons particularly to relieve the stress of everyday living and to help them with any sports that they may practice.

Comments from some of my students
This is a really valuable 90 minutes on a Sunday morning for me and I would recommend it to any man whose life is spent being busy with a family, with their job, with their other commitments or just their thoughts. Yoga may not appeal to some, for example if they have looked in on or taken part in a general class before. But Paul develops each class with men in mind and the content feels really natural to me. I leave the class calm and relaxed, it’s an important part of balancing my week. And it has the added advantage that no one wears pink lycra.
Ahh it was a lovely class, just what I needed. You should be very proud, you’re a great teacher:)
